The Deloitte Digital team was tasked with amplifying the Isagenix brand through a reimagined digital experience that provides clarity throughout the customer shopping experience while empowering Associates with tools to advance their business. My role as visual designer was to create a digital design system and templates so that our client can create infinite unique experiences by way of plug + play leveraging our extensive UI component guide.

heuristic and benchmarking
↳ An extensive amount of research went into looking at direct and indirect competitors to Isagenix in the MLM beauty and health space. We analyzed 10 e-commerce sites with similar models, broke down their experience from both a UI and UX perspective to extract best practices to share with our clients.
defining user journeys
↳ We worked on detailing user journeys and customer flows for the digital experience our team will be touching as part of the engagement. Shown below are a few examples of flows we created for the customer front-facing e-commerce as well as the Associate back-office experience.
moods
↳ As digital experience consultants, we presented two digital mood board concepts, showing slightly different UI treatments, while still paying homage to the larger brand work developed by the Isagenix corporate team.
style tiles
↳ We took the client’s selected moodboard concept, and fleshed out the design system, showing “style tiles” to give a holistic sense of what the website will look like once the experience is built out.
